if drinking alcohol makes you angry and regretful...don't drink it. if doing drugs makes you stale and foolhardy...don't take them. if your involved with people that bring your energy down to a lower level...remove them from your life. if you are doing things that are bad for both your physical and mental well-being and you notice but don't do anything to change it your only fooling yourself and putting off an inevitable crash at some point down the line. Really stop and ask yourself; "What is Detrimental to your health? are you still doing it? Why?". only you can take control of your life and make it worthwhile. Do it today, reap the benefits tomorrow.
